Jay Chandler $B$5$s$O=q$-$^$7$?(B:
| It's called a VPS-- virtual private server. $15 a month or so, you get
| root access. Not much power behind it, but enough to run Postfix...

After having looked into the same thing for a few months and finding
nothing, it seems that renting a VPS is the only way to get anything
close to what you want. The drawback of this is that you get to manage
the server and the security and all, all by yourself.
But now that it's been mentioned someone, somewhere may offer exactly
what you want. Someday. Perhaps even soon.
