The New Alerts Priority Definitions:

Critical: An issue you need to be aware of - often includes an
immediate application that is necessary to protect you from an
unrecoverable failure if action is not taken.

Recommended: Important product or system information, suggested
improvements that should be applied soon to protect your system from a
serious, but not unrecoverable failure.

Routine: Performance upgrades and best practices and enhancements that
can be added at your discretion to help optimize your HP product.
