Just to correct things.
I hate to sound like a commercial so I'll try to keep this very straight
forward (I also don't know exactly what's covered by NDA and
confidentiality).
3D-Secure is now available, certain parts of it are probably still
confidential. I can tell you rather safely that I work for the first company
to produce and distribute a 3D-Secure
(http://www.arcot.com/pr_051401.html#). I can tell you that it seems to be
the direction that Visa is going in the United States. I'll just shut up
right now because I'm sure the rest of you can read the press release if you
want to know.
