    I liked this report. It's clearly written and points out a lot
    issues that need to be resolved if PKI is ever going to be successful.
    It's an eye opener how small the actual PKI deployments are. What
    the heck has happened in the past 3-5 years? Where has all the money
    gone? Are we beating a dying horse?
